Yes we are still here
Where have we been? still here just not the time, which I know we are so bad at this past year 😦
Well what has been happening? well Ben is still with us and is still seeing us as a game of chase. I am really missing Michelle’s lap in the evenings lately and have attempted to come into the lounge a few times, but as soon as the big orange beast sees me I run and so he runs.
We had a dog behaviourist visit us on Saturday and gave the humans instructions what do do to help work on Ben’s excitement. Everything else the behaviourist cannot believe how well trained he is and soft, but when it comes to moggies he is your typical dog 🙂
Lots of work will be continued with Ben as it is the humans aim to have a very peaceful happy home for all 6 of us, so we will keep you posted.
In the meantime Craig has been a bit confused sometimes where his own bed is 😉
Michelle completed the Paris marathon, but was not happy with race as the conditions were very hot and the last 7 miles she walked because the water stations had no water and she was very thirsty. Also travel sickness from Eurostar day before did not help. To save the training going to waste Michelle will be doing another marathon this bank holiday Monday locally, so hopefully she will have a better race :-). Thank you to Stella (Molly and Alfie one wing) who made Michelle this lovely gift.
We moggies are doing ok overall. We love the new garden and when sunny we eat outside as we love doing that as peaceful without Big Ben barking at us through the Kitchen door. Henry has a new tabby girlfriend so is out all night, but myself and Oscar tend to still stay in and sleep alot as we love the new home (minus the giant furball).
Overall we are all healthy and accept we have to find common ground as none of us are going anywhere mmmmmmmmm
Oh we had to show you this picture of our cousins 🙂 As you can see Alf is growing LOL

Hi there, sweetiepies! Hugs from the land of the Belgians ❤ ❤ ❤
Good luck for the race, Michelle…. you were there in Pawris and you are a winner, even the Eiffel Tower knows that :o) Our paws are crossed for peace between the feline&canine world :o)
Oh well, Rome wasn’t built in a day and it also takes time to blend families. You will get there!
We know it takes time to add to the family and especially when it’s a dog! Hopefully you will become good friends eventually. We know that your Mom is running all the time now so blogging is tough but it’s great to hear what’s up in your world once in a while!
Hugs, Sammy
Good for you running big races. Very impressive. Dad in the dog bed is very funny. Girlfriend? Oh my ! Looks like your family is all going well. Ben is soooo cute. – Your friends at DogDaz Zoo
Good to hear what has been going on. Have a wonderful week.

Glad to hear you’re still around and doing ok. Congratulations to Michelle for finishing the marathon in such conditions. Water stations without water on a hot marathon day: those organizers should be punished! Thanks fir updating us on the four-legged crew.
Have a great time,
\Pit

Nice to see you all. That is awful that there was no water at the water stations, I am impressed that she finished. Good luck in the other race too. Sorry Ben is ruining your fun- why do dogs have to do that?I figured after you left him with a bloddy nose, he would know his place.
Good to hear from you…and glad all is well…considering. Congrats to Michelle for making it through the race despite no water.
What a super-fun update. Having a peaceful household is a GREAT goal. It will happen.
Love and licks,
Cupcake
Awww Ben is just being true to his lineage. He is a herding dog, so he sees the cats as an opportunity to “herd.” Dakota occasionally does the same to Cody, it is harder for Ben. Ben has MULTIPLE cats to entice him, Dakota only has one so the herding instinct isn’t as intense with him. When your cats move………that’s the “all systems go” message to herd. I am sure he loves them! Wow,you have been busy. No water at the water stations is beyond belief…what’s wrong with those guys? Glad to see you.

Nice to hear from you ! Good luck to Michelle for her next race. Purrs
Hello all! We feel your pain, literally! Since adding Bree, life has become much more chaotic for sure! Time seems so elusive here too with aging parents, piling on work and illness. So glad that the Gang is well and you are settling in the new place 🙂 Great to see you!
