Time will tell
All is ok in the three moggies house as long as Big Ben has not heard a meow or seen one of us run past the lounge
At the moment we are feeding together, but having a stair gate in between us whilst Michelle & Craig train Ben.
We still sleep upstairs when in the house as we are not disturbed and we do not get stressed.
We are jealous at the moment as we know Big Ben gets lots of brushing as he is a dirty dog who does not wash like us moggies.
Saturday we had a dog trainer visit for an hour to give us all tips how to get along together. Ben is being lead trained at the moment, whilst one of us sits on Michelle’s lap. 5 minutes a day, but we will build up as Ben improves.
Overall we are still being positive 🙂

It takes time but you’re all doing the right things!
Keeping paws and fingers crossed! ♥♥♥ ❤
Sounds like a good plan. Little by little you will get used to the big guy and he will get used to you little guys. He looks like he’d be cuddly to sleep with, so I hope that happens soon.
Love and licks,

Hoping everything works out……….for everyone!

Very proud of you for all the positive multianimal household things that you are putting in place. If Ben is food protective, maybe he needs to eat in the bathroom or somewhere the kitties aren’t. Our meows eat up on the counter, to protect them, and to keep the food away from fast pups. Ben is a beauty and the Moogies are right, dogs are such dirty creatures and need lots of human intervention to stay clean. Keep up the good stuff – Lorian of DogDaz Zoo
DogDaz gang he is not after food it is more I WANT THE MOGGIES as he picks up pace trying to charge at them with his deep barking. We have just been training with Archie on my lap and just as we were getting somewhere in controlling his barking, Archie dug the claws in and ran upstairs.
Sofie likes to chase the cats too and sometimes does a low growl (no bark). I have not won that battle but am told that I need to try and break her gaze the minute she starts staring. Also it was recommended that I keep her in a nose lead when in the house so I can immediately grab her and correct.
Useful to know xx
that sounds very good… and maybe once you can help Ben with his hairstyling… feline stylists have a paw for that :o)
We bet Big Ben will give you all great snuggles when it turns very cold.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
He loves a cuddle in the evening from me 🙂
Keeping my hooves crossed for all of you. It does take time. One day, it will just happen and you will be like WOW – XOXO – Bacon

That was very smart to have someone come in to help.
So great that you Moogies are letting your people help out Ben. He seems like a great dog, as far as dogs go. Moogies and dogs can get along, I wish you all lots of love and a happy home!
