So how did it go?
Well the boys have settled in the new home after 2 weeks 🙂
Henry took two weeks the others was three days :-).
We tried to unpack many things so the boys got to recognise smells and made the environment as calm as possible from day one. However 2nd night they decided to work as a team and lift the dog flap up and escaped.
Oscar and Archie stayed in back garden, however Henry went missing for two days. We found him half way up a big tree in the village church grave yard. Well there was one thing for it as Henry was not coming down…… Craig had to go up 🙂
Over an hour later both boys were down successfully and it did not involve the fire brigade.
Henry hated staying in and often screamed at us, however we finally let him have his freedom and the other two and now using dog flap they are regularly in and out 🙂
Loving our new home. I will take photos once I have some time from finishing off decorating the study and unpacking in other areas of the house 🙂

Your boys look very comfy in their new home – we hope there won’t be too many tree climbing episodes!
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
A new house is traumatizing. I’m happy everybody is settling in little by little. It all looks pretty comfy, so far. Certainly much better than sitting in a tree! Yikes!
oh boy Henry… that wasn’t the best throne you picked to rule over your new kingdom :o)
Goodness me you have all been up down and around!! Xxxx
Well it’s kind of traumatic for everyone I think – packing up all the stuff, moving it to a whole new place with new smells – kind of tough on we kitties BUT eventually we settle in and realize THIS IS THE NEW NORMAL! Of course being stuck in a tree is no fun so hopefully that’s the last tree episode…….So happy you love the new house – we do too – it’s gorgeous!
Love, Sammy and Mom Pam
squeals! Can’t wait to see the finished pictures my friends. XOXO – Bacon
Congrats on surviving the move in one piece! Hope all your furniture did too.
Congratulations as to your new home! I’m glad the boys have finally settled in. We didn’t have difficulties here when we moved. Our kitties settled in easily. Well, we first brought two, kept them in the garage and the office for 2 weeks so that they could get used to it, then brought the remaining two, and only let them go out in the garden after another two weeks. They’re a happily settle in now.
Enjoy your new home,
Pit
I hope you settle in to your new home soon!!
I am glad everyone is adjusted now, what an ordeal. I look forward to photos of your new place.
We’re glad the move went well and everybuddy is doing okay.
