That’s just like me, laps but no cuddles! We are all different 🙂
Sammy is much like that too – would rather be on my lap or lying on my legs – a bit squirmy in the arms though! Sometimes you just HAVE to hold them though right Shell???

Our Frankie is like that. He hates being picked up but I am happy he will at least lie on my lap.
Malachi doesn’t like being held either. But when he wants to be loved on, he rubs against Jen’s ankles and purrs very loud for Jen to scratch his ears and back.
I don’t like to be held much either, though Wally doesn’t mind it. ~Ernie

Kings are always cuddly… probably Archie is more a character like Kimba the white Lion :o)
Hannah wriggles to go down on the floor as soon as Mum picks her up but if Mum sits down she likes first sit on her lap. Lucy waits until Mum gets up and makes sure she’s not beaten to her lap next time!
