Old toys
Our pal Bacon is having a toy day today and we wanted to join in the fun
This is our current draw of toys which to be honest we are not playing with at the moment as there is too much activity outside 😉
However these two balls are from the Moggie beginning and only things we have not lost or destroyed in our young years :-).
They were presents from the humans with many others as they really did/still do spoil us.

Yeah, I like to pull out toys momma hasn’t seen in months!
We actually don’t have any old toys for the pets here. They have all been so badly worn or destroyed, we have had to throw them out 😦

I wish I could dive into your toy drawer with all 4 feet. That is fun waiting to happen. I still have some old toys, but I always like the new ones best.

Cute toys guys! I still have a bunch of toys from my youth but they’re a bit ragged…..Mom hangs onto them because she hates to throw stuff away. My most favorite toy was a piece of red ribbon……oh – and I think a ball of paper someone threw away in the trashcan and I “saved” !!

Oh yeah, we have some real old toys…from the cats that came before us. But we hardly ever play with them.
Yes, we have lots of old toys. I sprinkle catnip on them to make them more interesting.
We’ve got quite a few old toys – some of them get put away and when Mum brings them out again (covered in nip) it’s like getting more new ones.

Dat’s cool. Meez has sum of ow old toys and sum dat wus here afur even Lexi, 15 years ago. But they be favowits even now. Cuz mommy donates all da older toys wees not play wiff anymowe when wees get new ones.

Do we have any old toys? Boy, we have toys from eleventy hundred years ago! In cat years, that makes them positively ancient! Secret: We still like all our toys though. Purrs….

Look at all those toys?? I know there are some toys that just don’t cut it and look brand new even though they’ve been around for many years, Mom crocheted her kitties a green rabbit. She stuffed it with homemade catnip and once the catnip was gone, the rabbit held no one’s interest. The rabbit is as old as dirt. She made it in 1986….now that’s an old toy.

Loads and loads of toys. I find it helps to put them away for a while before re-using them :D. Just think of your kitties as young children and apply same strategies to avoid continuously buying new toys! XD
