It’s good to keep our humans on their toes (so to speak)…..by threatening them with sofa scratching, pushing magazines off tables, stealing socks, etc. if they don’t pay enough attention to US! Right? Right!

That’s exactly what Hitch does! When he want humom’s attention he scratches the chair. Even though we have many scratchers he knows the chair with make our HuMom pay attention. He’s bad bad bad! Not like me. I just yell until I get what I want. Oh we’ll, whatever works!

Archie you are such a funny boy!!! Nylablue went to scratch the armless chair yesterday which she rarely does…..I gave her some attention & strokes & talked to her & she was fine after that…..so the furniture scratching technique DOES work, hahaha! Sherri-Ellen.
