An inside life for me…
Hi, it’s Archie here and I need to tell you something.
I am plotting to become an indoor cat!
Why? Because it’s so FREEZING outside!!
As you’ll know I’m far too dignified a cat to go leaping about like those youngsters Henry and Oscar.
The Top Cat has to have a bit of decorum about him you know.
But sitting outside on my furry arse for more than five minutes is likely to get me frostbite.
So I’ve decided I don’t have to go outside anymore.
My warm bed, food and mum’s lap are all inside – what more does a cat want?
The problem is that Mum and Dad seem to think I need to go out; to ‘lose some pounds’ and ‘get some fresh air’.
And worst of all, to ‘get out from under my feet when I’m cooking’. Come on, I’m supposed to be under your feet when you’re cooking! That way you know to give me some of the food too.
So furr-friends I’m asking you to help a cat in need and pledge your support for my ‘Archie stays inside’ campaign.
Together we can change the world – or at least which part of it I have to sit in!
Archie, good luck in your battle for supremacy. The fight might not be worth it come spring?
lol.. Archie, you’re so right. I also stayed in the house for a few weeks, because of the snow and cold. We cats have to stay in the house, untill there’s a pleasantly mild climate
Wez fink youz should stay in when it’z cold and wet, then go have a sniff outside when the weather is a bit warmer, you don’t want to ends up a Cat Potato..MOL xx0xx

I agree, Archie…. Stay indoors where it’s cozy and warm…. Mum will let you; I promise..
Archie I’m with ya pal……inside in winter – outside in spring/summer – it’s just plain the SENSIBLE thing to do. If you need me to carry a picket sign reading “ARCHIE STAYS IN!” or something similar and walk the picket line with you I will! No more frosty toes for you!

How about a stay inside until 45 degrees campaign. You might be able to sell that to Mom and Dad easier. Good luck. The DogDaz cats are behind you as we never go outside not matter what the temperature.

We may not be much help ‘cuz we beg Mom to let us outside. Of course with all that cold white stuff out there, we can’t go far and we don’t stay out long. Maybe you can get extra treats if you go outside for some fresh air. Mom gave us treats when we came in.
Dad is trying to get mum to limit my treats as my belly is getting a bit round again
. Great when he is at work as mum does not have to listen to him then and she can listen to my meows 
Inside cats are safe, healthy cats! If you need excersize, perhaps your humans should play with you more? I’m just sayin’…

Yow Archie! WE iz on yer side!!! me just sniffz out da window n dat iz IT!!!! Mum sayz no kitteh shuud have to be out in da cold; mind you we keep havin blizzards (VBP) here so me iz scared to be out in da cold n snow!!! BBBRRRR!!!
KEEP ARCHIE IN!!!! he deservez to hab a warm lap n bed to sleep in durin da cold long Winter!
